What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. If you have recent x-rays from a previous office please arrange to have them forwarded to our office. We can accept x-rays by mail or they can be emailed securely to of[email protected]. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors and our team. Driving Directions
We are located in the brown building at the corner of Captain Thomas Blvd and Washington Ave. Parking can be found in our private lot and on Captain Thomas Blvd and Washington Avenue.
